Domestic markets are likely to track company-specific developments, including block deals, new orders, project awards, strategic partnerships and regulatory updates. 

Lenskart Solutions Ltd 

Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust is likely to sell up to 3 crore equity shares, representing a 1.7% stake in Lenskart, through a block deal. The offer size is pegged at ₹2,047.4 crore, with a floor price of ₹682.45 per share. The trust held a 9.77% stake in the company as of June 2026. 

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd 

Rail Vikas Nigam has received a Letter of Acceptance for a project worth ₹404.88 crore from East Coast Railway. The order win adds to the company's railway infrastructure project pipeline. 

Welspun Enterprises Ltd 

The Welspun Enterprises subsidiary, Welspun Michigan Engineers, has secured two sewer rehabilitation projects worth ₹351.24 crore from the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. Both projects are funded by the World Bank. 

In a separate development, Authum Investment & Infrastructure sold 7.34 lakh shares, representing a 0.53% stake in Welspun Enterprises, for ₹57.28 crore at ₹780.03 per share. The investor had also sold a 1.73% stake earlier in the week. 

GR Infraprojects Ltd 

GR Infraprojects has received a letter from the National Highways Authority of India declaring September 7, 2026, as the appointed date for its ₹4,262.78 crore project involving the construction of the Agra-Gwalior Greenfield road. 

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd 

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works has secured its third Green Tug contract from the Mumbai Port Authority. Valued at ₹279.33 crore, the contract involves the construction and hiring of a battery-operated Green Tug for a period of 15 years. 

HEG Ltd 

HEG's subsidiary, Replus Engitech, has received orders worth ₹217.56 crore from Indus Towers for the supply of lithium-ion battery banks. The order adds to the subsidiary's business in energy storage solutions. 

Nibe Ltd 

Nibe Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with France's Naval Group to establish a framework for cooperation in modern naval technologies. The areas covered include shipbuilding, defence platforms, autonomous systems such as underwater drones, mine countermeasure vessels, submarine systems, naval weapon-launching systems and their maintenance. 

Manika Plastech Ltd 

Manika Plastech is scheduled for its SME listing today. Investors will track the company's market debut alongside broader activity in the SME segment. 

Refex Industries Ltd 

Refex Industries has secured a ₹160 crore contract from a public sector undertaking in Madhya Pradesh for lifting 10 lakh metric tonnes of pond ash and fly ash under the Road-cum-Rail mode.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd 

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with National Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries Park Andhra Pradesh to participate as the Anchor Shipyard in the proposed Greenfield Shipbuilding Industrial Cluster at Dugarajapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The proposed shipyard is planned with an annual shipbuilding capacity of at least 1.2 million gross tonnes. 

JSW Energy Ltd 

The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity has set aside a Central Electricity Regulatory Commission order and allowed the IDC claim of JSW Hydro Energy, a material step-down subsidiary of JSW Energy 

APTEL also held that carrying cost on the claim should be reckoned from the date of filing of the true-up petition until its eventual adjustment and remanded the matter to CERC for a prudence check of the submitted data. 

Other Stocks in Focus 

VIP Industries' board has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹500 crore during FY27 through one or more tranches.  

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank has appointed Manmohan Shetty as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 19, 2026. 

Coforge has expanded its capabilities for automotive lenders, fleet operators and remarketing organisations, with a focus on AI-powered vehicle inspection and lifecycle intelligence.  

Manipal Health Enterprises has fully redeemed listed non-convertible debentures with a nominal value of ₹5,310 crore issued by its wholly owned subsidiary, Manipal Hospitals. 

Nestle India said its products are compliant with applicable regulations and that the labels of Nan Excella Pro and Lactogen Pro were approved by the expert committee of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. The company has submitted a detailed response to the authorities regarding statements appearing on the product labels. 

Bulk and Block Deals 

HDFC Mutual Fund acquired 13.9 lakh shares, representing a 3.19% stake in Entero Healthcare Solutions, for ₹235.6 crore at ₹1,695 per share. Public shareholder Surbhi Singh, through Prasid Uno Family Trust, was the seller. 

Vanguard Group acquired stakes in Avalon Technologies, Pine Labs, SJS Enterprises and SKF India (Industrial). The purchases represented 1.05%, 1.45%, 1.24% and 1.04% stakes respectively. 

In Sigachi Industries, State Street Global Advisors sold 37.32 lakh shares, representing a 0.97% stake, for ₹11.13 crore at ₹29.83 per share.  

In Mazda, Croll Reynolds International sold 1.5 lakh shares, or 0.74% of the company, for ₹3.91 crore at ₹261.07 per share. 

In Lords Mark Industries, promoter Sachidanand Hariram Upadhyay sold shares representing 4.32% of the company's paid-up equity for a total consideration of ₹155.92 crore. Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I and AT Trade Overseas bought 1.2% and 0.7% stakes respectively. 

Conclusion 

Project awards, block deals, strategic partnerships, fund-raising plans and regulatory developments are likely to keep several stocks in focus during today's trading session.
