Augmont Enterprises Ltd
Augmont Enterprises reported a 15.3% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit to ₹57.7 crore from ₹68.2 crore. Revenue, however, increased 30.2% to ₹18,945.6 crore from ₹14,552 crore.
Symbiotec Pharmalab Ltd
Symbiotec Pharmalab posted a 53% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit to ₹14.1 crore from ₹29.9 crore. Revenue increased 7.4% to ₹218.2 crore from ₹203.2 crore during the quarter.
Pine Labs Ltd
Mastercard Asia Pacific is likely to sell its entire holding of 4.97 crore Pine Labs shares, representing a 4.3% stake, through a block deal. The reported floor price is ₹179.50 per share, according to CNBC-TV18 sources.
Waaree Energies Ltd
Waaree Energies has received an order from a leading solar developer for the supply of 2 GW of solar modules. The order adds to the company's project pipeline in the renewable energy segment.
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd
The Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers board has approved a capital budgetary outlay of ₹2,896 crore for the construction of a greenfield shipyard at Raichak. The facility is planned to increase the company's shipbuilding capacity across the naval and commercial segments.
Pace Digitek Ltd
Pace Digitek's subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Ltd, has secured an order worth ₹488.46 crore from NTPC GE Power Services for a battery energy storage system project at Barh Super Thermal Power Project, covering NTPC Stages I and II.
Share India Securities Ltd
The board of Share India Securities has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹200 crore through a preferential issue of convertible warrants. It has also approved the incorporation of a new subsidiary and an investment of up to ₹120 crore in the equity shares of the proposed subsidiary.
Reliable Data Services Ltd
Reliable Data Services' board has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹200 crore. The funds are intended for upcoming projects, upgrades and expansion of existing projects, as well as strengthening the company's working capital.

Lenskart Solutions Ltd
Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust, owned by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, sold 3.5 crore equity shares in Lenskart Solutions, representing 2.01% of the company's paid-up equity, for ₹2,390.57 crore. The shares were sold at ₹683.02 apiece.
The trust held a 9.77% stake in Lenskart as of June 2026.
Anupam Rasayan India Ltd
360 ONE Asset Management's 360 ONE Pipe Fund acquired 9 lakh shares, representing 0.79% of Anupam Rasayan India's paid-up equity, for ₹104.85 crore at ₹1,165 per share. Ashapura Commodities sold 15.02 lakh shares, or 1.3% stake, for ₹175.02 crore at ₹1,165.16 per share.
Mazda Ltd
US-based Croll Reynolds International Inc sold 1.12 lakh shares in Mazda, representing 0.56% of paid-up equity, for ₹2.89 crore at ₹256.58 per share. The company had also sold a 0.74% stake in the previous session.
Conclusion
