Stocks to Watch Today: NSE, Sedemac Mechatronics, Ola Electric and Others (September 24, 2026)

Several stocks are likely to remain in focus during Thursday’s trading session as investors track new orders, corporate actions, bulk and block deals, fresh listings and business developments.
Companies including Sedemac Mechatronics, Bharat Dynamics, Exide Industries, Avantel, Max Estates, Concord Biotech, Meesho and Welspun Living have reported developments that could draw market attention.
Sedemac Mechatronics
Institutional investors, including A91 Emerging Fund, Xponentia Opportunities Fund and HDFC Life Insurance, are likely to offload up to 44.3 lakh shares, representing a 10% stake in Sedemac Mechatronics, to raise around ₹1,329 crore. The reported floor price for the transaction is ₹3,000 per share.
Ola Electric Mobility
Ola Electric Mobility is seeking approval from its board for a proposed rights issue of equity shares. The development will be watched as the company considers additional capital through the proposed issue.
Pyramid Technoplast
Pyramid Technoplast has received an amended Consolidated Consent and Authorisation from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board. The approval allows the company to receive, collect, store, transport and recycle industrial packaging waste generated by other companies, including empty barrels, containers and liners contaminated with hazardous chemicals or waste.
Rainbow Children's Medicare
Rainbow Children's Medicare has appointed Sudarshan Patodia as Chief Financial Officer and key managerial personnel of the company. He has also been designated as Group Chief Financial Officer, with effect from September 23, 2026.
Bharat Dynamics
Bharat Dynamics has signed a ₹810.79 crore contract with the Ministry of Defence for the supply of Satellite Smart Anti-Airfield Weapons, along with associated equipment, to the Indian Air Force.
Exide Industries
Exide Energy Solutions, a material subsidiary of Exide Industries, has completed the commissioning of Phase I of its 6 GWh lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. The facility will manufacture advanced lithium-ion cells across multiple chemistries and form factors for mobility and energy storage applications.
Avantel
Avantel has received an order worth ₹177.35 crore from a business of Zetwerk Manufacturing for the supply of satellite communication equipment. The order adds to the company’s order pipeline in the satellite communication segment.
Max Estates
Max Estates will enter into a Joint Development Agreement for an approximately 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The project is expected to have a super built-up development potential of around 1.5 million square feet, with an estimated gross development value of ₹2,500-3,000 crore.
Concord Biotech
The board of Concord Biotech has approved the issuance of bonus shares in the proportion of one bonus equity share for every one share held by shareholders.

Zuari Industries and Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings
Zuari Industries has acquired 1.28 crore equity shares of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings for ₹147.96 crore.
Meesho
RPS WOS II LLC, owned by venture capital firm RPS Ventures, sold 3.86 crore shares, representing a 0.83% stake in Meesho, for ₹899.7 crore. The shares changed hands at an average price of ₹233 per share.
A total of 14 investors acquired the shares sold by RPS Ventures. The buyers included Ghisallo Master Fund, Government of Singapore, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, Citigroup Global, Goldman Sachs, WhiteOak Capital, Morgan Stanley, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, Bajaj Life Insurance, Fidelity Advisor, Societe Generale and Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Welspun Living
Promoter Welspun Group Master Trust sold 2.44 crore equity shares, representing a 2.59% stake in Welspun Living, for ₹525.88 crore. Fidelity Investment Trust and Quant Mutual Fund acquired the shares.
Fidelity acquired 2.22 crore shares, representing a 2.35% stake, for ₹477.97 crore, while Quant Mutual Fund purchased 22.29 lakh shares, or 0.23%, for ₹47.9 crore. The transactions were executed at an average price of ₹214.9 per share.
Allied Blenders and Distillers
Promoter Bina Kishore Chhabria sold 55 lakh shares, representing a 1.97% stake in Allied Blenders and Distillers, for ₹357.59 crore at ₹650.17 per share.
Abu Dhabi Investment Authority purchased 15.03 lakh shares for ₹97.72 crore, while SBI Mutual Fund acquired 34 lakh shares for ₹221.04 crore at an average price of ₹650 per share.
Escorts Kubota
HDFC Mutual Fund sold 16.21 lakh shares in Escorts for ₹453 crore, while Nippon India Mutual Fund acquired 12.94 lakh shares for ₹361.7 crore. The transaction took place at an average price of ₹2,794 per share.
MKVentures Capital
Sushil Bahety, Padma Bahety and Ankit Bahety & Sons HUF acquired 1.48 lakh shares, representing a 3.86% stake in Madhusudan Kela-promoted MK Ventures Capital, for ₹14.85 crore.
Meanwhile, Think India Opportunities Master Fund exited MK Ventures Capital by selling its entire holding of 1.63 lakh shares, representing a 4.26% stake, for ₹16.35 crore. The transactions were executed at an average price of ₹1,000 per share.
Molbio Diagnostics
Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund acquired 27.5 lakh shares, representing a 2.38% stake in Molbio Diagnostics, for ₹361.62 crore. Business Excellence Trust III, backed by Motilal Oswal Financial Services, sold 29.96 lakh shares, or a 2.6% stake, for ₹394.07 crore. The transaction price was ₹1,315 per share.
Optiemus Infracom
Bank of India Mutual Fund acquired 17.69 lakh shares in Optiemus Infracom for ₹144.3 crore at an average price of ₹815.68 per share.
Mazda
Croll Reynolds International Inc sold 1.33 lakh shares, representing a 0.66% stake in Mazda, for ₹3.38 crore at an average price of ₹254.1 per share. The investor held a 7.23% stake in the company as of June 2026 and has sold a 3.18% stake over the last four sessions.
Marine Electrical
SBI Funds Management bought 11.55 lakh shares in Marine Electrical for ₹45.61 crore at an average price of ₹394.79 per share. KDU Enterprises sold 42 lakh shares for ₹162.32 crore at an average price of ₹386.48 per share.
New Listings and Other Stocks in Focus
NSE and Sonaselection India are set to list on the mainboard, while SpectraA Technology Solutions and Kheria Autocomp are scheduled for SME listings.
