Upcoming NFO: The Wealth Company Mutual Fund Files Draft for The Wealth Company Focused Fund

The Wealth Company Mutual Fund has filed the draft Scheme Information Document (SID) for The Wealth Company Focused Fund, an open-ended equity scheme that will invest in a maximum of 30 stocks across the multicap space.
The document is dated September 3, 2026 and states that the scheme is classified as an Equity – Focused Fund.
Investment Objective
The scheme will seek to provide investors with the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation through a concentrated portfolio of equity and equity-related securities.
The document also states that there is no assurance that the investment objective will be achieved. The proposed asset allocation provides for 80%-100% exposure to equity and equity-related instruments across multicap stocks, subject to the 30-stock limit.
Money market and other liquid instruments can account for 0%-20%, while Gold and Silver ETFs can have up to 5% exposure and InvIT units up to 10%.
Benchmark and Risk Level
The scheme will use the NIFTY 500 TRI as its Tier I benchmark. The document notes that the index represents the top 500 companies selected by full market capitalisation and is considered suitable based on the scheme’s investment objective and asset allocation.
The scheme has been assigned a Very High Risk rating. The benchmark riskometer is also marked as very high. The product is intended for investors seeking long-term capital appreciation through equity and equity-related investments.
Investment Terms
During the New Fund Offer (NFO), the minimum initial investment will be ₹1,000, in multiples of ₹1 thereafter. On an ongoing basis, purchases will also have a minimum of ₹1,000.
SIP options include daily SIPs from ₹100 and weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly SIPs from ₹250.
There will be no entry load, while a 1% exit load will apply if units are redeemed or switched out within 180 days of allotment. No exit load will apply after 180 days.
